I ran my own events business from 2017 to 2019, booking artists from around the world to play in the UK.

My role involved:

• Managing all logistics

• Building a strong network and community to attract large audiences

• Finance management and working to a budget

• Planning, organising and ensuring the fulfilment of project activities on time

• Putting together an effective marketing strategy by collecting and analysing data

• Website and social media management, fulfilling time and day-specific marketing campaigns

• Ensuring the safety of the audience and keeping up to date the legal responsibilities

 

From 2017 to 2018, I planned a UK tour for bands Guru and Hake.

Tour management and promotion for Guru and Hake’s 2018 UK Tour. Duties included:

• Strategically selecting stakeholders to ensure a financially successful tour

• Responsibility for all financial management and planning

• Managing time and logistics by utilising day-sheets and online tools
